Replyfield is a trade name of EI Alberto Celson, an individual business (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 108 258 112, with its address at 45 Avenue Marius Mathon, 69220 Belleville-en-Beaujolais, France ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website replyfied.online and to the Replyfield service (the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a plan you accept these terms.

The Service

Replyfield is an online AI assistant that answers questions about using artificial intelligence in a business: where it fits, which services to use, how to connect them and what they cost. You use it in your web browser. A free preview with a daily limit is available without an account.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Message limits

Each plan includes a number of messages per month, and the free preview a number per day. Unused messages do not carry over. When you reach a limit, you can wait for the next period or move to a larger plan; we never charge extra without your consent.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made after that.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that it begins right away. Regardless of this, we offer a 20-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund policy.

AI-generated answers

Answers are generated automatically by AI models and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are general information, not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Check important details, especially prices, legal and data protection points, before you rely on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the answers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to enter data you are not allowed to share, and not to try to misuse, overload or reverse engineer it. You must not resell access to the Service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you write in the Service and to the answers you receive. We use your messages only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and to improve it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@replyfied.online. EU consumers may also use the mediation services available to them and keep the right to bring a claim before the courts of their country of residence.
