Privacy policy
Updated: 2026-10-23
Replyfield is a trade name of EI Alberto Celson, an individual business (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 108 258 112, with its address at 45 Avenue Marius Mathon, 69220 Belleville-en-Beaujolais, France. This policy explains what personal data we process through replyfied.online and the Replyfield service, why, and the choices you have.
Your conversations
Your conversation history is stored in your own browser, not in an account on our servers. When you send a message, it is passed through our server, together with the earlier messages of the same conversation, to our AI provider so that an answer can be generated. We do not keep the content of your messages after the answer is returned. Please do not enter personal data about customers or other people that the question does not need.
Other data we collect
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, company and message, so we can reply.
- Plans and billing: your name, email, plan and billing country. Card details are entered on Stripe's form and are not stored by us.
- Usage limits: a one-way hash of your IP address with the times of your questions, kept for up to 24 hours to apply the daily limits.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time), kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use data and on what basis
- To answer your questions in the Service and apply fair-use limits (performance of a contract, legitimate interest).
- To provide the plan you bought and manage billing (performance of a contract).
- To answer messages you send us (legitimate interest).
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the Service: our AI provider, which routes messages to the AI model that writes the answer; Stripe for payments; and our hosting provider. They process data on our instructions or, for payments, as independent controllers. We do not sell personal data, and your messages are not used to train public AI models.
International transfers
Some providers, including AI model providers, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages to support are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Billing records are kept for as long as French accounting law requires (currently 10 years). Usage-limit records are deleted after 24 hours. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookies page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, write to info@replyfied.online. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
